Формуляры отчетов об исполнении фондов ОМС в 2018 г.

В «Monitorul Oficial» опубликован Приказ минфина об утверждении формуляров отчетов об исполнении фондов обязательного медицинского страхования (№ 02 от 5 января 2018 г.). В документе представлена структура и формат отчетов об исполнении фондов ОМС, а также состав отчетов, которые необходимо представлять Правительству, минфину и Министерству здравоохранения, труда и социальной защиты. В частности, за I полугодие, 9 месяцев, а также ежегодно представляются следующие отчеты: • Отчет об исполнении фондом ОМС (пояснительная записка); • Отчет об исполнении Фондов ОМС (Формуляр №4 НКМС); • Отчет об исполнении фондом ОМС по части расходов и нефинансовых активов (Формуляр №4.1 НКМС); • Отчет об использовании финансовых средств для покрытия стоимости медикаментов, частично или полностью компенсированных из фондов ОМС (Формуляр №5 НКМС); • Отчет о расходах медико-санитарных учреждений в рамках системы ОМС (Формуляр №6 НКМС); • Отчет о штатах и численности персонала медико-санитарных учреждений в рамках системы ОМС (Формуляр №7 НКМС); • Отчет о штатах и численности персонала внутренних подразделений и территориальных агентств НКМС (Формуляр №8 НКМС); • Отчет о числе лиц, застрахованных Правительством (Формуляр №9 НКМС); • Отчет о результативности (Форма Минфина FD-053). Помимо этого, ежегодно также представляют, дополнительно к вышеперечисленным: • Отчеты об исполнении общих показателей фондов ОМС (Формуляры №1, №1.1 и №1.2 НКМС); • Отчет об исполнении расходов подпрограмм фондом ОМС (Формуляр №2); • Бухгалтерский баланс (утвержденный приказом Минфина №118 от 6 августа 2013 г.); • Отчет о прибыли и убытках (утвержденный приказом Минфина №118 от 6 августа 2013 г.); • Отчет об изменении собственного капитала (утвержденный приказом Минфина №118 от 6 августа 2013 г.); • Отчет о движении денежных средств (утвержденный приказом Минфина №118 от 6 августа 2013 г.); • Отчет о движении основных средств, износе основных средств и амортизации нематериальных активов (форма FD-045); • Отчет о движении остатка оборотных материалов и государственных резервов (форма FD-046). Приказ вступил в силу с 5 января 2018 г.
