Funcţionarii publici pot solicita compensaţii în cadrul Programului “Prima casă”

Din 22 iunie curent angajații din sectorul public pot solicita compensații în cadrul Programului „Prima casă”. Regulamentul privind modul de acordare a acestora a fost publicat în Monitorul Oficial şi prevede că statul va compensa funcţionarilor publici până la 50% din creditul ipotecar obţinut pentru procurarea unei locuințe cu condiţia că costul spaţiului locativ nu va depăşi de 600 mii lei, iar beneficiarul activează de cel puţin un an în sectorul public și care nu au primit sancțiuni disciplinare la locul de muncă. Totodată, pot fi procurate prin intermediul programului doar locuințe date în exploatare și înregistrate în Registrul bunurilor imobile. Reamintim că de compensaţii vor putea beneficia angajații autorităţilor și instituţiilor publice cu finanţare integrală din bugetul public naţional, angajaţii instituţiilor medico-sanitare și ale instituţiilor de învăţământ superior de stat cu autonomie financiară. Suma totală a compensației va fi achitată lunar, prin transfer direct la contul ipotecar, până la finalizarea perioadei de rambursare a creditului ipotecar. Această perioadă nu va depăşi 25 de ani. În cazul în care beneficiarul achită creditul ipotecar anticipat, plata compensaţiei va fi sistată. Potenţialii beneficiari deja pot solicita înregistrarea cererilor de acordare a compensaţiilor. Pentru facilitarea procesului, este oferită posibilitatea depunerii cererilor prin intermediul registrului online, disponibil pe pagina web www.primacasa.gov.md în compartimentul Compensații Prima Casă. Menţionăm că acordarea acestor compensații a fost planificată anterior în cadrul Programului „Prima casă”. În acest scop în bugetul pentru anul 2018 au fost prevăzute 20 mil. lei, iar pentru oferirea garanţiei de stat pentru alţi beneficiari – 50 mil. lei. Conform datelor oficiale, până în prezent au fost acordate garanţii de stat de peste 35 mil. lei pentru 146 beneficiari ai Programului „Prima casă” .
