Guvernul stimulează financiar agenții constatatori din cadrul IGP

Angajații Poliției, cu statut de agent constatator, vor beneficia de un adaos la salariu în mărime de 25 % din suma amenzilor încasate la bugetul de stat, urmare a întocmirii proceselor verbale privind contravențiile examinate, potrivit Regulamentului privind stimularea financiară a agenților constatatori din cadrul Inspectoratului General al Poliției al MAI, publicat în Monitorului Oficial din 24 martie curent. Astfel, conform Regulamentului, la calcularea stimulării financiare vor fi luate în considerație doar amenzile încasate la bugetul de stat, aplicate de agentul constatator în rezultatul proceselor contravenționale irevocabile. Transferarea a 25 la sută din acestea în bugetul IGP se va face trimestrial. MAI susține că această stimulare financiară va contribui la consolidarea capacităților de prevenire și combatere a corupției. Agenții constatatori vor manifesta interesul necesar ca să fie sancționate toate încălcările legislației. Totodată, vor fi recompensate performanțele profesionale ale angajaților și susținut comportamentul integru al agentului constatator prin asigurarea unui salariu motivant. Adaosul la salariu urmează să responsabilizeze agenții constatatori să respecte procedurile contravenționale și de întocmire a proceselor verbale cu privire la contravenții. Regulamentul privind procedura de stimulare financiară a agenților constatatori din cadrul Inspectoratului General al Poliției al Ministerului Afacerilor Interne intră în vigoare odată cu publicarea sa în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova. Notă: În anul 2016, agenții constatatori ai Inspectoratului General al Poliției au întocmit peste 260 de mii de procese contravenționale. Amenzi au fost achitate în baza a 228 mii de procese contravenționale, în sumă de 82,6 mil. de lei.
