Guvernul va conlucra cu BERD pentru îmbunătățirea mediului de afaceri

Un Memorandum de înţelegere în acest sens a fost semnat de Prim-ministrul Iurie Leancă, în prezenţa şefei oficiului Băncii Europene pentru Reconstrucţie şi Dezvoltare (BERD) la Chişinău, Julia Otto. Din partea acestei instituţii financiare, documentul a fost semnat la Londra de președintele BERD, Suma Chakrabarti. Astfel, Memorandumul prevede consolidarea Consiliului Economic al Prim-ministrului, creat prin contrubuția BERD. De asemenea, cu eforturi comune urmează să fie instituit un mecanism eficient de soluționare a litigiilor între oamenii de afaceri, precum și între aceștea și instituțiile statutului, un fel de ombudsman, un asemenea instrument a fost creat în Ucraina și își demonstrează eficiența. Acesta va examina, în special, cazurile de concurență neloială, de tratament diferențiat a agenților economici. Memorandumul prevede, de asemenea, oferirea de asistență tehnică suplimentară în domenii precum achiziţiile publice şi consolidarea capacităţilor judiciare, sporirea bagajului de cunoștințe a judecătorilor în lumina evoluțiilor economiei de piață. Părțile vor lucra împreună pentru a îmbunătăţi guvernarea corporativă în întreprinderile de stat şi instituţiile financiare, pentru consolidarea Consiliului Concurenței şi sporirea capacităţilor asociaţiilor de business din ţara noastră.
Sperăm că implementarea Memorandumului va asigura mai multă transparenţă în sistemul financiar, mai multe reforme a mediului de afaceri, mai multe locuri de muncă şi utilizarea mai eficientă a fondurilor publice, - a spus premierul Iurie Leancă.
Șefa oficiului BERD la Chișinău, Julia Otto, a salutat faptul că autorităţile Republicii Moldova sunt dispuse să soluţioneze problemele, cu care se confruntă mediul de afaceri, prin acţiuni concrete. „Realizarea acestui Memorandum de înţelegere va aborda problemele legate de transparenţă, corectitudine şi va crea condiţii de concurenţă echitabilă pentru întreprinderile ce activează în Republica Moldova,” - a subliniat Julia Otto. BERD este cel mai mare investitor instituţional din Republica Moldova. Pînă în prezent, Banca Europeană pentru Reconstrucţie şi Dezvoltare a investit aproximativ 900 milioane de euro în peste 100 de proiecte.
