IFAD: новый проект для устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства

Пресс-служба парламента сообшает, что комиссия по внешней политике и евроинтеграции утвердила консультативное заключение о начале переговоров по проекту Соглашения о финансировании между Молдовой и Международным фондом сельскохозяйственного развития по проекту «Повышение потенциала для преобразования сельской местности» (IFAD VIII). Стоимость проекта составляет около $26,4 млн. Эти средства будут выделены в виде гранта и кредита. Соответствующее соглашение о финансировании предоставит предпринимателям из сельской местности доступный и долгосрочный источник финансирования для развития бизнеса, включая гранты для стимулирования инвестиций мелких производителей, молодых предпринимателей и женщин, а также внедрение мер по адаптации условий производства к изменению климата. Конечная цель соглашения - широкомасштабное развитие экономики путем предоставления дополнительных инвестиций, повышения уровня жизни сельского населения Молдовы и снижения уровня бедности. Внедрение соглашения должно начаться в этом году и завершится в 2026 г. До настоящего времени Молдова заключила 9 аналогичных соглашений о финансировании с IFAD для реализации 7 инвестпроектов. Ранее сообщалось, что Молдова и IFAD обсудят новую программу финансирования для поддержки аграрного сектора нашей страны стоимостью $50,5 млн. Министерство сельского хозяйства, регионального развития и окружающей среды и IFAD приступят к переговорам для подписания соглашения о новой, VIII программе IFAD под названием «Talent Retention for Rural Transformation Project», предназначенной для развития сельских районов. Программа предусматривает создание тысячи новых рабочих мест, строительство и/или восстановление 30 км дорог к производственным площадям сельхозпроизводителей, предоставление финансирования 820 сельским предпринимателям, а также финансирование 20 инфраструктурных проектов по орошению. «Подписание нового соглашения очень важно, потому что позволит увеличить инвестиции в сельскохозяйственный сектор, расширит возможности для развития производителей и обеспечит доступ к рынкам сбыта», - отметил тогда министр сельского хозяйства, регионального развития и окружающей среды Ион Пержу.
