IFAD VIII: преобразование сельской местности

«Повышение потенциала для преобразования сельской местности» (IFAD VIII) – это новый проект в агропродовольственном секторе, для реализации которого Международный фонд сельскохозяйственного развития (IFAD) предоставит финансовую поддержку нащей стране.  Общий бюджет проекта составит около 50,5 млн евро, из которых IFAD предоставит 20,7 млн евро.
 
«При поддержке государств-партнеров и международного сообщества доноров правительство стремится повысить иммунитет агропродовольственного сектора к проблемам, с которыми сталкивается, а также уровень жизни в сельской местности. Это возможно реализовать путем утверждения некоторых стратегических документов, направленных на оптимизацию развития сектора и систем водоснабжения для орошения. Кроме того, производителям необходимо помочь в приобретении и эксплуатации ирригационного оборудования, способствовать восстановлению и расширению лесных полос, предотвращению незаконной вырубки лесов и т. д.», - уточнил Ион Пержу в ходе подготовки к запуску проекта.
 
По словам министра сельского хозяйства, регионального развития и окружающей в рамках этого проекта правительство стремится развивать агропродовольствен-ный комплекс с учетом изменения климата, экономических флуктуаций, массовой миграции из сельской местности из-за низких доходов, что приводит к нехватке рабочей силы.
 
За 20 лет присутствия IFAD в Молдове было подписано 8 соглашений о финансировании, портфель которых составил около $100 млн. Среди наиболее важных достижений стоит отметить выдачу более 5000 кредитов и займов, в том числе 900 – молодым предпринимателям; создание более 20 тысяч рабочих мест; развитие более 100 проектов сельской экономической инфраструктуры; создание 11 полевых школ и обучение более 3 тысяч сельхозпроизводителей в области ведения консервативного сельского хозяйства; присуждение более 200 грантов по борьбе с изменением климата и т.д.
