Impozitul pe avere. Întrebări şi răspunsuri

Care este perioada fiscală la calcularea impozitului pe avere ? Perioada fiscală, conform art. 2875 din Codul fiscal, este anul calendaristic. Cine calculează impozitul pe avere şi cum sunt înştiinţaţi subiecţii impunerii privind obligaţiile fiscale calculate? Calcularea impozitului pe avere şi prezentarea avizelor de plată se realizează de către oficiile fiscale teritoriale în termen de pînă la 10 decembrie pentru situaţia existentă la 1 noiembrie a anului de gestiune (art. 2876 din Codul fiscal). Care este termenul de achitare a impozitului pe avere? Impozitul pe avere, în conformitate cu art. 2877 din Codul fiscal, se achită în termen de pînă la 25 decembrie a anului de gestiune. Care este cota impunerii în cazul impozitului pe avere? Cota impozitului, conform art. 2874 din Codul fiscal, constituie 0,8% din valoarea estimată a acestor bunuri, apreciată de către organele cadastrale teritoriale.
