În anul 2018 vom avea 4 mini-vacanţe

Zilele de 9 martie, 30 aprilie, 24 și 31 decembrie 2018 vor fi considerate zile de odihnă, iar zilele de 3 martie, 21 aprilie, 8 și 15 decembrie 2018, respectiv – zile lucrătoare. Guvernul a susținut ieri hotărârea Ministerului Sănătății, Muncii și Protecție Socială ce prevede transferul unor zile de odihnă în anul 2018. Conform prevederilor Codului Muncii, 8 martie este zi de sărbătoare, deci nelucrătoare. În anul curent, fiind în zi de joi, se consideră oportun ca ziua de 9 martie să fie declarată zi de odihnă, iar ziua de sâmbătă, 3 martie, să fie lucrătoare. Același lucru este valabil și în cazul celorlalte zile de odihnă, a declarat ministrul Svetlana Cebotari. Potrivit ei, prin astfel de transferuri a zilelor de odihnă, balanța timpului de muncă pentru lunile respective nu va fi modificată. E bine că se iau astfel de decizii la început de an, pentru ca, pe parcursul anului, toți să-și poată programa timpul în modul cuvenit, a subliniat prim-ministrul Pavel Filip. Menționăm că, potrivit Codului Muncii, salariaţii care în ziua considerată zi de odihnă nu se vor afla în raporturi de muncă cu unitatea în cauză, salariaţii ale căror contracte individuale de muncă vor fi suspendate la data respectivă, precum şi cei care în ziua respectivă se vor afla în concediu medical, de maternitate, parţial plătit pentru îngrijirea copilului până la vârsta de 3 ani, concediu de odihnă anual, cel neplătit sau în concediu de studii, nu au obligaţia de a se prezenta la serviciu în ziua considerată zi lucrătoare.
