În atenţia farmaciilor contractate de CNAM

Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină atenţionează reprezentanţii instituţiilor farmaceutice contractate că, începând cu 1 aprilie 2016, adaosul comercial la medicamentele compensate din fondurile de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală rămâne de maximum 15%, conform Hotărârii nr. 1372 din 23.12.2005 a Guvernului. Astfel, pentru medicamentele al căror preţ este de până la 120 de lei, adaosul comercial va fi de cel mult 15%, pentru cele al căror preţ variază între 120,01 şi 240 de lei va fi aplicat un adaos de până la 13%, iar pentru preparatele cu preţuri de peste 240 de lei adaosul comercial nu va depăşi 11%. Amintim că, pe 1 aprilie 2016, au intrat în vigoare modificările la Legea cu privire la activitatea farmaceutică, potrivit cărora, farmaciile aplică adaosul comercial la medicamente în funcţie de preţul inclus în Catalogul naţional de preţuri de producător la medicamente.
