Inițiativele tinerilor. Susținerea financiară din bugetul de stat

Ministerul Finanţelor va aloca la 17 autorități ale administrației publice locale mijloace financiare în sumă de 1000,0 mii lei, prevăzute în bugetul de stat, în vederea susținerii programelor raionale/municipale de granturi destinate organizaţiilor de tineret și grupurilor de inițiativă ale tinerilor.
 
Proiectul hotărârii de Guvern cu privire la alocarea mijloacelor financiare respective este propus pentru consultări publice de către autorități. Suma maximă acordată pentru co-finanțare, conform Programului, constituie 100 mii lei pentru fiecare autoritate publică locală, cuantumul respectiv fiind alocat consiliilor raionale Anenii Noi, Cimișlia, Criuleni, Râșcani și Sângerei. Alte consilii raionale vor primi mijloace financiare cuprinse între 15-80 mii lei.
 
Potrivit proiectului, autoritățile selectate vor prezenta Ministrului Educației și Cercetării rapoartele privind rezultatele obținute în urma valorificării conform destinației a resurselor financiare repartizate, în conformitate cu prevederile acordurilor de parteneriat privind dezvoltarea centrelor de tineret.
 
Menționăm, programul de granturi este la a patra ediție, pentru care și-au exprimat intenția de a dezvolta programul de granturi local 17 autorități dintre cele 21 de AAPL de nivelul II cu care MEC are semnate acorduri de colaborare.
 
Documentul poate fi consultat până la 8 aprilie curent.
 
Pentru anul 2021 au fost aprobate mijloace financiare în sumă de 960 mii lei pentru implementarea programelor respective.
