INOV: 30 августа – последний день представления

Национальное бюро статистики сообщило о том, что в этом году впервые организует статистическое обследование инновационной деятельности предприятий. В нем примут участие экономические агенты с численностью персонала 10 и более человек, которые работают в сфере промышленности и услуг. Для этого был разработан опросник, который экономическим агентам необходимо заполнить и представить до 30 августа на бумажном носителе в территориальный орган статистики (скачать форму опросника №1 "INOV") или онлайн (на сайте raportare.md) . Анкета предполагает сбор информации, связанной с инновационной деятельностью предприятий сферы промышленности и услуг. Эти данные необходимы для экономического измерения инноваций, оценки целей инноваций и результатов их применения. Опросник состоит из девяти блоков вопросов: • Общая информация о предприятии • Инновации в производстве или услугах • Процесс инноваций • Незавершенные или приостановленные инновации • Инновационная деятельность и расходы на инновации • Сотрудничество при внедрении инноваций • Инновации в организационной деятельности • Инновации в маркетинге • Информация о сложности заполнения анкеты. Большая часть из вопросов – закрытые. Отмечается, что форма статистического обследования соответствует Европейской анкете в области инноваций, которую заполняют предприниматели стран-членов ЕС, а также государств-кандидатов в Евросообщество. Обследование инноваций на предприятиях будет проводиться раз в два года. В соответствии с Законом об официальной статистике, органы статистики вправе получать индивидуальные статистические данные от всех физических и юридических лиц, вне зависимости от формы собственности, обеспечивая при этом конфиденциальность данных. Непредставление в установленный срок статистических сведений либо сообщение недостоверных статистических сведений или в неполном объеме полномочным органам, согласно Кодексу о правонарушениях, влечет наложение штрафа в размере от 12 до 42 у.е. (от 600 до 2100 леев). Эти правонарушения Национальное бюро статистики устанавливает самостоятельно.
