Inspectorii fiscali demonstrează integritate

Un om de afaceri din Briceni a încercat să mituiască un angajat al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat pentru a scăpa de sancţiune. Acesta ar fi aruncat 10 000 de lei sub biroul inspectorului fiscal, cerând ca ultimul să nu indice încălcările fiscale depistate la întreprinderea sa în urma controlului. Imediat, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a denunțat fapta la CNA, iar omul de afaceri a fost reţinut pentru 72 de ore. Potrivit materialelor cauzei, administratorul întreprinderii supuse controlului ar fi încercat să-l convingă pe inspector să renunţe la procesul-verbal cu privire la constatarea încălcărilor, propunându-i 10 000 de lei. Deşi angajatul SFS a refuzat recompensa, acesta ar fi aruncat banii sub biroul inspectorului, părăsind locul faptei. Incidentul a fost raportat la DGT Nord la CNA, iar ofiţerii Centrului au iniţiat în acest caz o urmărire penală în temeiul art. 325 – corupere activă. În urma documentării, omul de afaceri a fost reţinut, iar dacă va fi găsit vinovat, el riscă închisoare pe un termen de până la 6 ani cu amendă în mărime de la 2000 la 4000 unităţi convenţionale. Cauza se află în gestiunea Direcţiei generale teritoriale Nord a CNA, urmărirea penală desfăşurându-se sub conducerea procuraturii Anticorupţie.
