Изменения в бюджетной классификации

Сегодня, 28 сентября, в «Мониторул Офичиал» опубликованы изменения и дополнения в приказ министра финансов «О бюджетной классификации». Согласно документу, с 12 сентября введено пять новых кодов, еще два кода будут внесены с 1 января 2019 г. В частности, в разделе «А. Центральные органы публичного управления» Организационной классификации уже появился и применяется новый код «0252 - Государственное Агентство по интеллектуальной собственности». В программу 50 «Общие экономические и торговые услуги» классификации программ – А. Программы и подпрограммы» (приложение №7) внесен код «5017 Интеллектуальная собственность». Виды деятельности в Классификации программ (приложение № 8) пополнились двумя новыми кодами: • «00488 - Дополнительные меры по поддержке местных органов публичного управления»; • «70237 - Проект «Регистрации и оценки имущества». В Регистре компонентов источников для расходной части S3S4 классификация источников (приложение №10) внесен новый код «Ассигнования в качестве дополнительной поддержки из государственного бюджета». Согласно приказу №155 от 12 сентября текущего года, с 1 января 2019 г. в Экономическую классификацию (приложение №11) будут внесены два новых кода: «14234 - Взносы, уплаченные согласно схеме обязанностей в области энергоэффективности»; «142340 - Взносы, уплаченные согласно схеме обязанностей в области энергоэффективности». Здесь будут отражаться суммы, перечисленные каждой обязанной стороной, а именно: операторами распределительных систем электроэнергии и природного газа, а также импортерами нефтепродуктов, исходя из общих затрат, необходимых для осуществления мер по энергоэффективности. Одновременно, со следующего года будут исключены коды « 142212» и «142213» с соответствующими наименованиями (сборы за регистрацию общественных объединений и средств массовой информации, поступающие в местные бюджет II и, соответственно, I уровня).
