Изменения в бюджетной классификации

Министерство финансов внесло изменения и дополнения в Приказ №208 от 24 декабря 2015 года «О бюджетной классификации». Согласно документу, опубликованному в «Monitorul oficial» 8 сентября 2017 г., в новой редакции представлены пять кодов в приложении №2 «Организационная классификация – А. Центральные органы публичного управления»:
  • 0218 Министерство экономики и инфраструктуры;
  • 0219 Министерство сельского хозяйства, регионального развития и окружающей среды;
  • 0220 Министерство образования, культуры и исследований;
  • 0221 Министерство здравоохранения, труда и социальной защиты;
  • 0302 Высший совет прокуроров
В приложении №3 «Организационная классификация – В. Местные бюджеты – органы местного публичного управления» в новой редакции изложены коды восьми муниципиев страны:
  • 1115 Примэрия муниципия Кахул;
  • 1236 Примэрия муниципия Чадыр-Лунга;
  • 1376 Примэрия муниципия Eдинец;
  • 1512 Примэрия муниципия Хынчешть;
  • 1641 Примэрия муниципия Oрхей;
  • 1757 Примэрия муниципия Сорока;
  • 1792 Примэрия муниципия Стрэшень;
  • 1924 Примэрия муниципия Унгень.
Также изменились три кода в приложении №7 «Классификация программ – А. Программы и подпрограммы»:
  • 5101 Разработка политики и менеджмент в области сельского хозяйства, регионального развития и окружающей среды;
  • 8801 Разработка политики и менеджмент в области образования, культуры и исследований;
  • 9001 Разработка политики и менеджмент в области здравоохранения, труда и социальной защиты».
В приложении №8 «Классификация программ В. Виды деятельности» внесено 12 новых видов деятельности:
  • 00459 Досрочная пенсия по возрасту;
  • 00460 Национальный фонд развития сельского хозяйства и сельской местности; 00461 Укрепление представительских структур молодежи;
  • 00462 Программа грантов для молодежных инициатив;
  • 00463 Предоставление услуг для молодежи;
  • 00464 Обеспечение самоуправления системы Прокуратуры;
  • 70197 Проект «Инфраструктура связи»;
  • 70198 Проект «Региональное сотрудничество по предупреждению и борьбе с преступностью в приграничной зоне Румыния - Молдова»;
  • 70199 Проект «Улучшение операционной инфраструктуры мобильной экстренной службы по реанимации и высвобождению (SMURD), подготовки кадров для вмешательства в чрезвычайных ситуациях в пограничной зоне Молдова - Румыния»;
  • 70200 Проект «Подключение электроэнергетических систем Республики Молдова и Румынии посредством станции Back-to-Back и ЛЭП 400 кВ «Вулкэнешть-Кишинев»;
  • 70201 Проект «Программа устойчивости сельской местности (IFAD VII)»;
  • 70202 Проект «Природоохранное сельское хозяйство – развитие устойчивой системы использования почв в Республике Молдова».
Кроме того, в новой редакции представлены наименование раздела III бюджетной классификации - «Судебные власти и прокуратура», а также код 00239 - «Развитие и продвижение работы с молодежью».
