Legea cu privire la ajutorul social, modificată

Legea cu privire la ajutorul social va fi completată şi modificată. Un anunț în acest sens a fost făcut de Ministerul Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei, acțiunea fiind una dintre prioritățile instituțiie pentru primele 100 de zile. Această modificare se va realiza în vederea responsabilizării beneficiarilor. Astfel, statul consideră că va avea garanția că banii oferiți beneficiarilor vor fi cheltuiți în mod corespunzător - alimente, produse de igienă, cărți, manuale școlare. Ministerul își propune și să dezvolte o strategie de ocupare a forței de muncă care să prevadă crearea a noi locuri de muncă, combaterea muncii la negru și reducerea discriminării pe piața muncii este una din prioritățile anunțate. Un alt obiectiv al ministerului, constă în modificarea modului de stabilire a salariului minim pe țară, prin racordarea acestuia la salariul mediu pe economie. Vor fi instituite 10 birouri de informare în cadrul Agențiilor teritoriale de ocupare a forței de muncă, în scopul informării populației și reintegrării cetățenilor reveniți în țară. Codul Muncii va fi modificat și completat, pentru ajustarea acestuia la cerințele economiei de piață, dar şi cu scopul transpunerii unor directive ale UE în conformitate cu cerințele prevăzute de Acordul de Asociere. Acordarea în continuare a tuturor prestațiilor sociale și asigurarea colectării contribuțiilor de asigurări sociale rămâne o prioritate şi pentru 2016.
