Magazin online # Facebook # Instagram # Landing Page. Tratamente contabile și fiscale

Apariția magazinelor online a generat o serie de probleme și întrebări de ordin fiscal, juridic și contabil. Deseori antreprenorul începător nu dispune de suficiente mijloace bănești pentru crearea unui internet-magazin în sensul larg al cuvântului și realizează comercializarea mărfurilor prin intermediul rețelelor sociale, adică pe platformele Facebook și Instagram. La fel, există agenți economici care dispun de pagini web simple sau de așa-numitele landing page-uri, prin intermediul cărora vând bunuri și servicii.
 
După cum afirmă Andrei Jizdan, autorul articolului „Magazin online # Facebook # Instagram # Landing Page” publicat în ediția din octombrie a revistei „monitorul fiscal FISC.md”,  se conturează o serie de întrebări, pentru care se impune necesitatea oferirii răspunsurilor viabile, dar ținând cont de realitățile legislației autohtone:

 

  1. Toate paginile web se consideră magazine online, pentru care este necesară perfectarea notificării de comerț?
  2. Paginile web ale agenților economici (landing page-urile), pe care este plasată informația despre companie, publicitatea mărfurilor și serviciilor acordate, precum și informația de contact se consideră magazine online sau nu?
  3. Pagina de Facebook, prin intermediul căreia se realizează vânzări, reprezintă un internet magazin?
  4. Pagina de Instagram reprezintă magazin online sau un simplu instrument de promovare și publicitate?

 

Răspunsurile la aceste întrebări nu sunt reflectate expres în legislația autohtonă, iar autorul articolului vine să ofere soluții fiscale și contabile pentru acest gen de activitate.
