Majorarea veniturilor FAOAM pentru anul 2017

Fondul de bază va fi majorat cu 115,4 mil. lei, care vor fi repartizați către subprogramul asistență medicală spitalicească – 90,685 mil. lei, suprogramul asistență medicală urgentă prespitalicească – 19,72 mil. lei și către servicii medicale de înaltă performanță – 5 mil. lei. Hotărârea Guvernului pentru modificarea Legii fondurilor asigurărilor obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2017 a fost publcată în Monitorul Oficial, nr. nr. 364-370 din 20 octombrie 2017. Astfel, veniturile totale vor constitui 6228657,4 mii lei, anterior fiind aprobați 6141657,4 mii lei, iar cheltuielile vor ajunge de la suma de 6234451,5 mii lei la 632145,3 mii lei. Veniturile FAOAM se majorează cu 87 mil. lei din contul mijloacelor, care, conform estimărilor, urmează a fi acumulate suplimentar din primele de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală în formă de contribuție procentuală la salariu și alte recompense, achitate de fiecare categorie de plătitori, în cuantum de 72 mil. lei, precum și din contul primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală în sumă fixă, achitate de persoane fizice cu reședința sau domiciliul în Republica Moldova, în mărime de 10 mil. lei, dar și din contul altor venituri în sumă de 5 mil. lei. Majorarea veniturilor și cheltuililor FAOAM va duce la majorarea sumelor contractuale încheiate cu instituțiile medico-sanitare ce țin de serviciile medicale prestate persoanelor în cadrul asigurărilor obligatorii de asistență medicală și la servicii medicale spitalicești mai bune. Potrivit documentului, în FAOAM vor fi incluse și mijloacele nevalorificate din fondul măsurilor de profilaxie, care constituie 19 mil. lei, cele din fondul de administrare – de 4 mil. lei, din fondul de rezervă – 5 mil. lei și cele din fondul de dezvoltare și modernizare a prestatorilor publici de servicii medicale – 400 mii lei.
