Ministerul Justiției nu va mai înregistra cererile participare la mecanismul 2%

Cererea de participare la mecanismul de desemnare procentuală (2%) se va depune la Agenția Servicii Publice (ASP). Guvernul a aprobat ieri un proiect de hotărâre ce prevede transferarea atribuțiilor ce țin de desemnarea procentuală de la Ministerul Justiției la ASP. În acest sens, vor fi operate modificări la art.152, alin.4 din Codul fiscal care prevede că lista beneficiarilor în drept să participe la desemnarea procentuală se stabileşte anual de Ministerul Justiţiei şi se publică pe pagina web oficială a acestuia până la data de 31 decembrie a anului pentru care se face desemnarea. Astfel, lista respectivă va fi stabilită deja de ASP. Potrivit notei proiectului, modificările se operează reieșind din faptul că verificarea condițiilor de eligibilitate pentru beneficierea de facilitățile mecansmului de desemnare procentuală se realizează inclusiv prin examinarea informației din Registrul de stat al persoanelor juridice, aflat în posesia ASP, precum și din considerentul că funcția ministerului este de elabora politici. Implementarea noilor prevederi nu va necesită cheltuieli din buget. Dimpotrivă, se va aduce claritate asupra modului și procedurii de beneficiere privind facilitățile acordate de mecanismul 2%, se mai spune în nota informativă. Reamintim că, începând cu anul 2017, contribuabilii pot să direcţioneze 2% din impozitul pe venit către instituțiile care desfășoară activități de utilitate publică – asociații obșetești, fundații, culte religioase și părți componente ale acestora. Notă: În perioada 3 — 30 septembrie curent au fost recepționate 163 cereri depuse de organizații necomerciale pentru înregistrarea în Lista beneficiarilor desemnării procentuale pentru anul 2019.
