Modificări în Codul fiscal: Moldova reduce taxa pentru tranzit

Taxa pentru folosirea drumurilor Republicii Moldova de către autovehiculele înmatriculate în străinătate va fi redusă cu 30 la sută, potrivit unui proiect de lege privind modificarea și completarea anexei nr.2 a Titlului IX al Codului fiscal, aprobat în lectură finală de către Parlament. În cadrul discuțiilor pe marginea proiectului de lege, mai mulți deputați au menționat că autovehicule ocolesc Moldova din cauza taxelor de drum, care sunt mai mari decât în țările din regiune. Taxă pentru tranzit aplicată de RM este de 85 de euro. În România şi Bulgaria aceasta constituie de 11 euro. Astfel, taxa va fi redusă, treptat, cu 30%, fapt ce va determina conducătorii auto a autovehiculelor înmatriculate în străinătate să tranziteze Moldova. Bugetul va câștiga mai mult de la aplicarea unor taxe de drum rezonabile la mai multe autovehicule, înmatriculate în străinătate. Se speră și la creșterea numărului de turiști, care sosesc în Moldova cu automobilul propriu. Conform datelor prezentate, în anul 2015 taxa pentru utilizarea drumurilor a suplinit bugetul de stat cu circa trei mil. lei. Proiectul modificărilor și completărilor mai prevede aplicarea unor taxe mai mari pentru folosirea drumurilor de către autovehicule de mare tonaj înmatriculate și neînmatriculate în Republica Moldova, a căror masă totală sau dimensiuni depășesc limitele admise de legislaţie.
