Modul de înregistrare și declarare a prețului maxim la ţigările cu şi fără filtru va fi acelaşi

Țigaretele fără filtru produse și importate până la 1 ianuarie 2018 pot fi comercializate până la epuizarea stocului acestora fără stabilirea și declararea prețului maxim de vânzare cu amănuntul. Prevederea este inclusă în proiectul hotărârii de Guvern Cu privire la modificarea și completarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr.1516 din 29 decembrie 2007, propus pentru dezbateri publice de Ministerul Finanţelor. Comentariile şi propunerile sunt acceptate până la 10 ianuarie curent. În prezent, stabilirea și înregistrarea prețului maxim de vânzare cu amănuntul se efectuează doar pentru țigaretele cu filtru, modificările propuse vin cu scopul de a reglementa modul de înregistrare și declarare a prețului maxim de vânzare cu amănuntul și pentru țigaretele fără filtru. Prin Legea cu privire la modificarea și completarea unor acte legislative, care a intrat în vigoare de la 01 ianuarie 2018, a fost stabilit modul de calculare a accizului la ţigaretele cu filtru cât și la cele fără filtru, acesta fiind calculat ca sumă a accizei determinate prin înmulţirea cotei stabilite în sumă absolută la 1000 bucăţi, la momentul expedierii din antrepozitul fiscal sau la momentul importării, şi a accizei determinate prin aplicarea cotei ad valorem în procente stabilite la preţul maxim de vânzare cu amănuntul. Implementarea acestor completări nu necesită surse financiare suplimentare din bugetul de stat.
