Moldova – Banca Mondială: schimb activ de opinii

Relațiile Republicii Moldova cu Banca Mondială şi implementarea Cadrului de Parteneriat cu Țara al Grupului Băncii Mondiale au fost discutate de prim-ministrul Pavel Filip și Satu Kahkonen, Director de țară pentru Belarus, Moldova și Ucraina. Părțile au făcut un schimb activ de opinii privind pachetul de legi care vizează amnistia capitalului, reforma fiscală și suportul pentru business. Pavel Filip a exprimat recunoștință pentru sprijinul continuu acordat de Banca Mondială, inclusiv tranșa de $33,7 mil. pentru Politicile Operaționale de Dezvoltare(DPO), alocată în iulie curent şi a asigurat că Strategia de Parteneriat până în anul 2021 va fi realizată cu succes. Prim-ministrul a menționat că Guvernul a întreprins mai multe acțiuni pentru asigurarea creșterii economice și sporirea veniturilor la buget. Astfel, în trimestrul doi al anului curent a fost înregistrată o creștere economică de 5,2%, iar pentru prima jumătate de an aceasta constituie 4,5%. Totodată, salariul mediu pe economie s-a majorat în medie cu 33%, iar pensia medie pe țară pentru prima dată a depășit minimul de existență. Sunt rezultate ale muncii Executivului, care au permis inițierea mai multor programe sociale, cum ar fi Prima Casă, Drumuri bune pentru Moldova sau Tichetele de masă. Premierul a exprimat determinarea de a duce la bun sfârșit implementarea reformelor începute, inclusiv în domeniul justiției. În prezent, portofoliul Băncii Mondiale în Republica Moldova include 13 proiecte active cu o sumă a angajamentelor de 327 milioane de dolari. Din momentul aderării Republicii Moldova la Grupul Băncii Mondiale în 1992, peste un miliard de dolari SUA a fost alocat pentru aproximativ 60 de proiecte din țară.
