Moldova şi Georgia intensifică colaborarea economică

Republica Moldova și Georgia vor negocia proiectul Acordului privind constituirea Comisiei interguvernamentale mixte de colaborare economică, aprobat printr-o decizie de Guvern. Negocierile și, ulterior, semnarea, se vor desfășura în perioada 27- 28 aprilie 2017, la Tbilisi, unde astăzi și mâine va avea loc prima ședință a Comisiei. Președinte al Comisiei interguvernamentale mixte pentru colaborare economică moldo-georgiene, din partea Republicii Moldova, va fi ministrul dezvoltării regionale și construcțiilor Vasile Bâtcă, care este plecat în Georgia. La eveniment vor participa reprezentanți ai ministerelor și instituțiilor guvernamentale, responsabili de implementarea politicilor de dezvoltare economică din ambele state. Potrivit vicepremierului și ministrului economiei Octavian Calmâc, Comisia va contribui la impulsionarea relațiilor economice bilaterale și stabilirea unor domenii prioritare de colaborare. Printre acestea se înscriu promovarea comerțului, investițiilor, tehnologiilor, exporturilor prin schimbul permanent de informații între instituțiile responsabile, încurajarea cooperării dintre sectoarele private ale ambelor țări, dezvoltarea unor proiecte investiționale comune în domeniul agriculturi, industriei alimentare și în alte domenii relevante. În proiectul Acordului privind constituirea Comisiei, care conține 6 articole, se prevede că, după intrarea în vigoarea a acestuia, părțile semnatare vor avea posibilitatea să-l modifice și să-l perfecteze, în funcție de evoluțiile economice, în protocoale separate, ce vor constitui parte a Acordului. Diferendele vor fi soluționate prin negocieri, de comun acord. Calmâc a mai spus că acest mecanism de cooperare bilaterală, precum sunt Comisiile mixte interguvernamentale, s-a dovedit a fi unul eficient în stabilirea și afirmarea unor relații durabile și reciproc avantajoase. Până în prezent au fost create 29 Comisii interguvernamentale mixte de colaborare economică, comercială, științifică și tehnică.
