Moldovenii care muncesc în Germania vor fi asigurați cu pensii

În Monitorul Oficial, nr. 162-170, a fost publicată Hotărârea Guvernului pentru inițierea negocierilor asupra proiectului Înţelegerii administrative pentru aplicarea Acordului dintre Republica Moldova şi Republica Federală Germania privind securitatea socială. Acordul a fost semnat la Chișinău la 12 ianuarie 2017. Prin Hotărârea respectivă a fost instituită o delegație oficială, iar în calitate de șef al delegației de negociatori a fost numită șefa Direcției politici de asigurări sociale a Ministerului Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei, Nelea Rusu. Din componența delegației fac parte mai mulți reprezentanți ai Ministerului Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei, Ministerului Afacerilor Externe și Integrării Europene, Consiliului Naţional pentru Determinarea Dizabilității şi Capacităţii de Muncă și Casei Naționale a Asigurărilor Sociale. Menționăm că scopul Acordului constă în asigurarea unui cadru de garanții de securitate socială pentru lucrătorii migranți din Republica Moldova, care desfășoară sau au desfășurat o activitate de muncă, precum și pentru cei care domiciliază pe teritoriul unuia sau a ambelor state contractante. Acordul dat prevede, că cetățenii Republicii Moldova vor beneficia de pensii pentru limită de vârstă, pensii de urmaș, pensii de dizabilitate determinată de boli obișnuite, pensii și indemnizații de dizabilitate determinată de accidente de muncă și boli profesionale. Acordul va creea condiții favorabile pentru migranții din țara noastră să revină în Republica Moldova, deoarece, la atingerea vârstei de pensionare, vor beneficia, aici, de toate drepturile de securitate socială dobândite în Germania. Șeful delegației de negociatori urmează să parafeze textul negociat al Înțelegerii administrative nominalizate, iar după negocierea Înțelegerii va fi semnat Acordul.
