Nimicirea ireversibilă a informației din Registrul de evidență al operatorilor de date cu caracter personal

Instituția publică ,,Serviciul Tehnologia Informației și Securitate Cibernetică" va asigura nimicirea (distrugerea) ireversibilă a documentelor și informațiilor stocate în format electronic pe platforma tehnologică guvernamentală comună (MCloud), inclusiv a copiilor de rezervă, în legătură cu lichidarea Registrului de evidență al operatorilor de date cu caracter personal. Nimicirea (distrugerea) se va realiza în prezența reprezentanților Centrului Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal și a reprezentanților Instituției publice ,,Agenția de Guvernare Electronică" și se va confirma prin semnarea de către participanți a procesului-verbal de nimicire.
 

Ministerul Economiei propune pentru consultări publice proiectul hotărârii de Guvern elaborat de către Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal ce are drept scop executarea prevederilor Legii nr. 175/2021 pentru modificarea unor acte normative, care a întrat în vigoare la data de 10 ianuarie 2022.

 
Amintim că alin. (2) al art. XXXI din respectiva Lege care stabilește că, în termen de 60 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a acesteia, Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal urmează să asigure lichidarea Registrului de evidență al operatorilor de date cu caracter personal prin nimicirea ireversibilă a documentelor și informațiilor stocate atât pe suport de hârtie, cât și a celor în format electronic.
 
Autorii propun punerea în aplicare a prevederilor proiectului la data publicării actului normativ adoptat în MO, ținând cont de termenele restrânse pentru realizarea prevederilor Legii nr.175/2021.
