Noi prevederi pentru certificarea auditorilor

Executivul a aprobat modificări și completări în Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 1450 din 24 decembrie 2007 „Cu privire la unele măsuri de executare a Legii nr. 61-XVI din 16 martie 2007 privind activitatea de audit”. Astfel, din componența Consiliul de supraveghere a activității de audit de pe lângă Ministerul Finanțelor a fost retrasă, în baza cereri personale, Lidia Foalea, şef al Direcţiei reglementarea contabilităţii şi auditului în sectorul corporativ, Ministerul Finanţelor, fiind substituită de Silvia Cemertan, şef al Secţiei reglementarea auditului în sectorul corporativ din cadrul aceluiaşi minister. Totodată, modificările și completările se referă și la Comisia de certificare a auditorilor de pe lângă MF. Potrivit acestora, componența nominală a Comisiei se desemnează pe un termen de 2 ani de către Guvern, la propunere Ministerului Finanțelor. Comisia de certificare este formată din 11 persoane, inclusiv secretarul Comisiei, fără drept de evaluare a probei scrise, pe care trebuie să o susțină auditorii. Majorarea componenței nominale este explică prin sporirea volumului de lucru, inclusiv la evaluarea probei scrise, care este efectuată de către 2 membri ai Comisiei, independent unul de altul, compartimentul “Dreptul” din proba scrisă incluzând itemi ce ţin de legislaţia fiscală, civilă, comercială, muncii, asigurărilor sociale şi medicale etc. Criteriile de desemnare a membrilor Comisiei sunt: studii superioare în domeniul economico-financiar sau drept economic, vechime în muncă în domeniu de cel puțin 10 ani și să posede limba de stat. De asemenea, conform modificărilor operate, reperfectarea și eliberarea duplicatului certificatului de calificare a auditorilor se va efectua în baza Legii privind reglementarea prin autorizare a activității de întreprinzător, adoptată la 22 iulie 2011.
