Noile prețuri la gazele naturale

Astăzi, 9 noiembrie 2021, în scopul executării punctului 3.2 al Dispoziției nr.4 din 02.11.2021 a Comisiei pentru Situații Excepționale a Republicii Moldova (CSE), prin derogare de la procedurile stabilite de legislația sectorială, Agenția Națională pentru Reglementare în Energetică (ANRE), în baza calculelor prezentate de S.A. „Moldovagaz” la data de 05.11.2021, a aprobat următoarele prețuri provizorii (fără TVA):
 
  1. Prețul reglementat pentru furnizarea gazelor naturale în punctele de intrare în rețelele de transport al gazelor naturale – 7834 lei/1000 m3;
  2. Prețul reglementat pentru furnizarea gazelor naturale în punctele de ieșire din rețelele de transport al gazelor naturale – 8115 lei/1000 m3;
  3. Prețul reglementat pentru furnizarea gazelor naturale în punctele de ieșire din rețelele de distribuție a gazelor naturale de presiune înaltă – 8331 lei/1000 m3;
  4. Prețul reglementat pentru furnizarea gazelor naturale în punctele de ieșire din rețelele de distribuție a gazelor naturale de presiune medie – 8649 lei/1000 m3;
  5. Prețul reglementat pentru furnizarea gazelor naturale în punctele de ieșire din rețelele de distribuție a gazelor naturale de presiune joasă – 10260 lei/1000 m3.
ANRE precizează că, potrivit punctului 3.3 din Dispoziția nr. 4 din 02.11.2021 a CSE, Agenția urmează să reexamineze, până la data de 30 noiembrie 2021, prețurile reglementate pentru gazele naturale în contextul obligației de serviciu public. Astfel, ANRE va verifica detaliat calculele prezentate de S.A. „Moldovagaz” și va aproba prețurile finale în strictă conformitate cu Metodologia de calculare, aprobare și aplicare a prețurilor reglementate pentru furnizarea gazelor naturale.
 
În conformitate cu prevederile aceleiași Dispoziții a CSE, prețurile provizorii intră în vigoare de la 1 noiembrie 2021.
 
Dispozițiile Comisiei pentru Situații Excepționale a Republicii Moldova sunt obligatorii și executorii pentru conducătorii autorităților administrației publice centrale și locale, ai agenților economici, ai instituțiilor publice, precum și pentru cetățeni și alte persoane aflate pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova.
