Noutăți bune pentru patentari

Procedura de eliberare a patentei de întreprinzător – va fi simplificată , potrivit proiectului modificărilor și completărilor la actele legislative în vigoare ,care rezultă din politica fiscală , bugetară și vamală pe 2016. Astfel, patenta de întreprinzător pentru genurile de activitate, ce necesită autorizarea din partea organelor administrării publice locale va fi eliberată şi prelungită de primăria în a cărei rază de administrare solicitantul intenţionează să-şi desfăşoare activitatea. Simplificarea procesului de eliberare a patentei de întreprinzător şi actelor permisive aferente acesteia, se propune prin prisma implementării şi asigurării funcţionalităţii ghişeului unic în domeniul autorizării activităţii în baza patentei de întreprinzător la nivelul autorităţilor administraţiei publice locale. În vederea racordării prevederilor Cu privire la patenta de întreprinzător cu cele ale Codului educației, predarea, meditarea diferitor discipline, precum și organizarea diferitor secții pe interese, nu vor mai fi desfășurate în baza patentei de întreprinzător. Potrivit Codului educației aceste genuri de activitate se efectuează în cadrul sistemului de educație al Republicii Moldova,reprezentat de ansamblul instituțiilor și organizațiilor educaționale, economice, politice, științifice, culturale, obștești. Totodată desfășurarea activității în baza patentei de întreprinzător(deținătorii de patentă sunt persoane fizice) la pozițiile respective creează premise pentru eschivarea de la plata impozitelor și taxelor. De asemenea, o propunere se referă la diminuarea cuantumului taxei percepute pentru restabilirea patentei de întreprinzător de la un salariu minim” la „o unitate convenţională”. Suma salariului minim în prezent este de 1000 lei, iar o unitate convenţională este echivalentă cu 20 de lei.
