Numărul autorizațiilor de construire eliberate este în creștere

În semestru I al anului curent au fost eliberate 1844 autorizaţii de construire pentru clădiri rezidenţiale şi nerezidenţiale, în creștere cu 56,7% față de ianuarie-iunie din anul 2020, potrivit datelor publicate de Biroul Național de Statistică.
 
Astfel, în primele șase luni ale anului 2021 sunt eliberate 1281 autorizații de construire pentru clădiri rezidenţiale și 563 – pentru clădiri nerezidenţiale, în creștere, cu 63,4% și, respectiv, cu 43,3% față de perioada similară a anului predecent.
 

BNS informează că, în profil regional, creșterea numărului autorizațiilor de construire pentru clădiri rezidenţiale se observă în toate regiunile ţării: mun. Chișinău (cu 266 unități sau cu 78,5% mai mult), Nord (+36 sau cu 33,6%), Centru (+142 sau cu 71,4%), Sud (+31 sau cu 52,5%) și UTA Găgăuzia (+22 sau cu 27,5%).

A sporit și numărul autorizațiilor pentru clădirile nerezidenţiale în mun. Chișinău (cu 18 sau cu 24,7%), Nord (+62 sau cu 82,7%), Centru (+64 sau cu 64,0%) și UTAG (+39 sau cu 63,9%). În schimb, în regiunea Sud s-au eliberat cu 13 autorizaţii de construire pentru clădiri nerezidențiale (sau cu 15,5%) mai puțin comparativ cu perioada respectivă a anului trecut.

 

În ianuarie-iunie 2021, numărul autorizațiilor de construire eliberate pentru clădiri în mediul urban și în cel rural a crescut cu 49,7% și, respectiv, 65,2% față de aceiași perioadă din anul 2020.
