O companie din China va reabilita drumurile naționale din Moldova

O companie din China s-a arătat dispusă să-și asume proiectele de reabilitare a drumurilor naționale din Republica Moldova. Vicepremierul Octavian Calmîc, ministru al Economiei și Infrastructurii, a semnat cu vicepreședintele China Metallurgical Group Corporation, Gu Yuxiang, Memorandumul de intenție privind reabilitarea drumurilor. Documentul prevede implementarea proiectelor de reabilitare a drumurilor în patru etape. Pentru prima etapă se propune reabilitarea drumurilor cu o lungime de 181,9 kilometri la un cost total de 159 mil. euro. Pentru etapele următoare, porțiunile de drum pentru reabilitare și costurile vor fi definitivate în cadrul altor ședințe de lucru. Proiectele care vin să dezvolte infrastructura drumurilor naționale trebuie să aibă ca obiectiv motoul calitate-preț-timp, iar lucrările de reabilitare a drumurilor trebuie să înceapă nu mai târziu de luna aprilie-mai 2018, a declarat vicepremierul Octavian Calmîc. El a adăugat că urmează să fie efectuate studiile de fezabilitate și documentația de proiect, înainte de a începe realizarea proiectelor. Octavian Calmîc a menționat că Guvernul RM, prin elaborarea Strategiei de transport și logistică pe anii 2013-2022, care cuprinde un Program prioritar de reabilitare a drumurilor publice naționale, își propune dezvoltarea infrastructurii și oferirea condițiilor bune de circulație și siguranță. În acest context, a fost inițiat un parteneriat între Republica Moldova și Republica Populară Chineză, iar ca urmare a selectării riguroase, compania China Metallurgical Group Corporation ar putea implementa proiecte de reabilitare a drumurilor. Partenerii de dezvoltare, Banca Mondială, BERD, BEI, Comisia Europeană acordă susținere financiară întru realizarea prevederilor Strategiei de transport și logistică. Totodată, va fi creată o grupă de experți din ambele părți care vor discuta aspectele financiare și modalitățile de implementare a proiectului dat, a subliniat Vitalie Iurcu, viceministrul Economiei și Infrastructurii. Compania chineză Metallurgical Corporation, sub patronajul Guvernului chinez, activează în mai bine de 70 țări și are o echipă de experți și profesioniști de peste 50 mii de angajați. Cifra de afaceri anuală a companiei constituie $30 mld.
