O nouă platformă de interacțiune între autorități și sectorul privat

Decizia Guvernului privind crearea Consiliului consultativ pentru întreprinderile mici și mijlocii, aprobată pe 1 februarie 2017, a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial. Consiliul consultativ pentru IMM își va desfășura activitatea pe lângă Ministerul Economiei și va constitui o platformă de interacţiune între antreprenori şi autorităţi, dar şi de lansare a unor noi programe de dezvoltare a sectorului IMM-urilor. În activitatea Consiliului vor fi implicaţi activ reprezentanţii mediului de afaceri şi ai societății civile, care vor analiza cadrul de reglementare a activităţii de întreprinzător şi vor veni cu propuneri de îmbunătăţire a acestuia. Totodată, membrii noii structuri urmează să vină cu recomandări privind implementarea programelor de susținere a sectorului IMM și de dezvoltare a spiritului antreprenorial în Republica Moldova. În Consiliul consultativ vor intra reprezentanți ai 29 de entități și anume ministerelor Economiei , Finanțelor, Agriculturii și Industriei Alimentare, Construcțiilor și Dezvoltării Regionale, celor trei agenții Sud, Centru și Nord de dezvoltare regională, Organizației pentru Dezvoltarea IMM din Moldova (ODIMM), ai patronatelor, sindicatelor , altor organizații neguvernamentale cu sediul la Chișinău și în teritorii, precum și mai multor asociații antreprenoriale (Asociația Oamenilor de Afaceri, Asociația Femeilor Antreprenoare, altor asociații) și centre independente de experți. Componența nominală a Consiliului Consultativ va fi aprobată prin ordinul Ministerului Economiei și funcția de președinte al Consiliului va fi îndeplinită de conducătorul acestui minister. Mandatul membrilor Consiliului Consultativ este de 5 ani. Principiile puse la baza activității Consiliului consultativ sunt legalitatea, paritatea și transparența, astfel că Guvernul, Ministerul Economiei speră că deciziile administrației publice privind activitatea IMM vor fi luate într-un cadru transparent și cu informarea amplă a mediului de afaceri. Conform datelor oficiale, IMM-urile reprezintă peste 97 % din totalul întreprinderilor din Republica Moldova, iar contribuţia acestora la PIB este de aproximativ 32 % . Circa 56 % din totalul persoanelor angajate activează în cadrul întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii.
