O nouă subzonă economică în cadrul ZEL Bălți

Zona Economică Liberă Bălți va fi extinsă cu un teren de 11 ha în satul Pîrîta, raionul Dubăsari. Executivul a aprobat proiectul cu privire la aprobarea avizului la proiectul de lege pentru completarea art.1 din Legea nr. 26/2010 privind ZEL „Bălți”. Ministrul Economiei și Infrastructurii, Anatol Usatîi, a menționat că, inițiaitva legislativă se susține în vederea extinderii și dezvoltării capacităților și a potențialului de atragere a investițiilor în ZEL Bălți. Totodată, în nota proiectului se menționează că adoptarea proiectului respectiv este necesară, deoarece va contribui considerabil la atragerea investițiilor autohtone şi străine, dezvoltarea economică și socială a regiunii, formarea unor sectoare competitive în industrie pe baza tehnologiilor moderne şi inovaționale, utilizarea mai eficientă a patrimoniului public, dezvoltarea întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii, crearea locurilor de muncă etc. Potrivit Legii nr. 26/2010 privind Zona Economică Liberă „Bălți”, în componența acesteia sunt incluse mai multe terenuri din mun. Bălți și Cahul, orașele Strășeni, Căușeni, Ștefan-Vodă, Cimișlia, Rezina, precum și un teren în mun. Chișinău. Menționăm că, ZEL Bălți a fost creat în anul 2010 pe un termen de 25 de ani. În cadrul evenimentului dedicat celor 10 ani de activitate a acesteia, administratorul ZEL Bălți, Marin Ciobanu, a prezentat realizările și provocările cu care se confruntă zona economică. Astfel, pe parcursul a 10 ani, în cadrul ZEL Bălți au fost create 11,5 mii locuri de muncă cu un salariu mediu de peste 10 mii lei, fiind înregistrați 67 de rezidenți – companii străine care au efectuat investiții de $203 mil. și exportă anual produse industriale în sumă de circa 410 mil. euro.
