Освобождения при ввозе и вывозе товаров, предназначенных для FRONTEX

Таможенная служба внесла изменения в Технические правила о порядке печати, использования и заполнения таможенной декларации, утвержденные Приказом №346-О/2009. Изменения предприняты в целях реализации п. 1 и 2 Распоряжения Комиссии по чрезвычайным ситуациям от 28 апреля.  
 
В частности, кодификация предоставляемых налоговых и таможенных льгот (приложение №11 к приказу) дополнена новым кодом «056». К нему относятся освобождения от уплаты таможенных сборов и пошлин, акцизов и НДС, применяемые к товарам, ввозимым/вывозимым в/из Молдовы в соответствии с Соглашением между Евросоюзом и РМ об оперативной деятельности в нашей стране Европейского агентства пограничной полиции и береговой охраны (FRONTEX). Ввоз и вывоз товаров в/из Молдовы, предназначенных для этого агентства, разрешен без применения запретов и ограничений.

 

Предусмотрено, что процедуры таможенного оформления и получения товаров указанных категорий осуществляет Генеральный инспекторат пограничной полиции Министерства внутренних дел.  

 

Изменения в Приказ ТС №346-О опубликованы в МО 20 мая, они применяются с 29 апреля 2022 г.

 

Стоит отметить, что соглашение о деятельности FRONTEX в Молдове было подписано 17 марта текущего года в Кишиневе. Оно создает правовые основы для совместных действий на территории нашей страны офицеров Пограничной полиции и дислоцированных в Молдове специалистов FRONTEX. Такое сотрудничество направлено на более эффективное управление региональным кризисом и потоком беженцев, обеспечение безопасности границы – молдавско-украинской в первую очередь, противодействие незаконной миграции и трансграничной преступности и т.д.
