(Partea I) Unele aspecte ce țin de calcularea primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală în anul 2017

Care tarife urmează a fi aplicate la calcularea primelor de aisgurare obligatorie de asitență medicală în cuantum procentual la salariu și alte recompense în anul 2017? Tarifele pentru calcularea primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală determinate în cuantum procentual din salariu și alte recompense (în continuare – prime medicale) se aprobă anual prin Legea fondurilor obligatorii de asistenșă medicală. Astfel, pentru anul 2017 tarifele care urmează a fi aplicate la calcularea primelor menționate au fost aprobate prin Legea fondurilor obligatorii de asistenșă medicală pentru anul 2017 (nr. 285 din 16 decembrie 2016) și constituie 4,5% pentru fiecare categorie de plătitori ai primelor specificate în anexa nr.1 la Legea cu privire la mărimea, modul şi termenele de achitare a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medical nr.1593-XV din 26 decembrie 2002 (în continuare – Legea nr.1593-XV), și anume: 1. Angajatorii. 2. Angajații. 3. Unitățile, indiferent de tipul de proprietate şi forma juridică de organizare, persoanele fizice, notarii publici, executorii judecătorești, mediatorii şi avocații care plătesc persoanelor fizice ori în folosul lor alte recompense. 4. Persoanele fizice care primesc alte recompense, inclusiv audienții cursurilor de formare inițială a judecătorilor şi a procurorilor.
