(Partea V) Unele aspecte ce țin de calcularea primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală în anul 2017

Care este cuantumul primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală ce urmează a fi achitat de către notari, avocaţi şi executori judecătorești pentru asigurarea acestora la sistemul public de asigurări în medicină în anul 2017? Conform art. 22 alin. (2) din Legea nr.1593-XV (cu modificările și completările ulterioare), prin Legea fondurilor de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală, aprobată pentru anul de gestiune, se poate stabili o reducere a primei de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală în sumă fixă pentru unele categorii de plătitori prevăzute la anexa nr. 2 în cazul în care aceştia vor achita prima de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală până la data de 31 martie a anului de gestiune. Potrivit pct. 2 din anexa nr. 2 la Legea nominalizată, notarii publici, executorii judecătorești, mediatorii şi avocații neangajați, indiferent de forma juridică de organizare a activității, care au obținut licență sau atestat în modul stabilit de lege, sunt stabiliți în calitate de plătitori ai primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală în sumă fixă, care se asigură în mod individual. De asemenea, anual prin Legea fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală se stabilesc două cote de reduceri (50% și 75%) a primei stabilite în sumă fixă. Totodată, Legea fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pentru anul 2017 (nr.285 din 16 decembrie 2016) nu include notarii publici, executorii judecătorești, mediatorii şi avocații în categoria persoanelor care beneficiază de reduceri la achitarea primei stabilite în sumă fixă. Astfel, în anul 2017, aceste categorii de plătitori vor achita prima de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală stabilită în sumă fixă integral, și anume – 4 056 lei.
