Parteneriatul public-privat: componența CNPPP, modificată

În componența nominală a Consiliului Național pentru parteneriatul public-privat (CNPPP) vor fi incluși directorul general al Agenției Proprietății Publice (APP), care va fi președinte al Consiliului, directorul Agenției Servicii Publice, președintele Asociației Băncilor din Moldova, precum și secretarii generali de stat din cadrul ministerelor. Guvernul a aprobat în cadrul ședinței din 28 noiembrie 2018 proiectul hotărârii privind modificarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 245 din 19.04.2012 cu privire la Consiliul Național pentru parteneriatul public-privat. În prezent în componența CNPPP intră prim-ministrul (președintele CNPPP), viceprim-ministrul, miniștrii, secretarul general al Guvernului, preşedintele Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei, preşedintele Camerei de Comerţ şi Industrie, directorul Agenţiei Relaţii Funciare şi Cadastru, directorul Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Dezvoltare Rurală etc. Proiectul a fost elaborat în contextul reformei administrației publice, în urma căreia APP i-au fost atribuite funcțiile de elaborare a listei bunurilor proprietate publică și a listei lucrărilor și serviciilor de interes public național propuse pentru parteneriatul public-privat, elaborarea cerințelor privind selectarea partenerului privat și a condițiilor colaborării. Prin acest proiect s-a inclus și obligativitatea publicării ordinii de zi și a deciziilor ședințelor pe pagina APP. Notă: Ministerul Finanțelor a publicat în Monitorul Oficial de vineri, 23 noiembrie 2018, Ordinul cu privire la aprobarea Indicațiilor metodice privind particularitățile contabilității în procesul realizării parteneriatului public-privat.
