Patenta de întreprinzător: noi genuri de activitate

Serviciile de ghidaj turistic (2.49), cele de cazare și masă prestate de proprietarii caselor rurale și de prezentare și instruire pe teme enogastronomice (prepararea și degustarea bucatelor și băuturilor locale tradiționale) (2.50), de confecționare a articolelor meșteșugărești de artă populară (artizanat), de prezentare a obiceiurilor și tradițiilor locale, pentru adulți și copii (individual și în grupe de până la 20 de persoane) (2.51) vor putea fi prestate în baza patentei de întreprinzător.
 
Astăzi, 26 iunie 2020, în Monitorul Oficial a fost publicată Legea nr.91 pentru modificarea unor acte normative, prin care sunt operate modificări în cinci Legi, inclusiv în Legea nr. 93/1998  cu privire la patenta de întreprinzător. Anexa la Legea prenotată fiind completată cu trei poziții enumerate supra. Cuantumul taxei lunare pentru acestea este aprobat în sumă de 300 lei, cu excepția serviciilor de cazare și masă prestate de proprietarii caselor rurale, activitate ce nu poate fi desfășurată în municipiile Chişinău, Bălţi, Bender, Tiraspol. Pentru celelalte localități patenta va fi eliberată pentru o singură casă rurală, iar la cererea de eliberare a patentei pentru poziția 2.50 este obligatorie anexarea copiei extrasului din registrul bunurilor imobile sau din registrul de evidență a gospodăriilor populației aferente casei rurale care va fi folosită în cadrul activității respective.
 
Documentul prevede că desfășurarea de către o persoană fizică a genurilor de activitate menționate la pozițiile 2.50 și 2.51 din anexa vor fi premise până la 31 decembrie 2023.
