Pe pachetele de țigarete va fi imprimat prețul maxim de vânzare

Guvernul a votat un proiect de hotărâre ce reglementează modul de înregistrare și declarare a prețului maxim de vânzare cu amănuntul, inclusiv și pentru țigaretele fără filtru, în vederea ajustării la normele politicii fiscale pentru anul curent. La 1 ianuarie 2018 a intrat în vigoare prevederea ce stabilește modul de calculare a accizei la țigaretele cu și fără filtru. Sumă accizei este determinată prin aplicarea cotei stabilite în sumă absolută la volumul în expresie naturală (1000 bucăți) la momentul expedierii din antrepozitul fiscal sau la momentul importării şi a accizei determinate prin înmulţirea cotei ad valorem în procente stabilite la preţul maxim de vânzare cu amănuntul. Hotărârea stabilește că declaraţia privind preţul maxim de vânzare cu amănuntul la ţigaretele cu și fără filtru se va prezenta de către subiectul impunerii la Serviciul Fiscal de Stat sau Serviciul Vamal, care va efectua procedura de vămuire cu cel puțin 7 zile lucrătoare înainte de aplicarea noilor preţuri maxime de vânzare cu amănuntul la ţigaretele specificate în declaraţie. Actualmente, stabilirea și înregistrarea prețului maxim de vânzare cu amănuntul se efectua doar pentru țigaretele cu filtru, de către persoanele care produc țigarete sau care le importă în Republica Moldova. În același timp, țigaretele fără filtru scoase din antrepozit fiscal sau importate până la 1 ianuarie 2018, pentru care au fost calculate și achitate accizele conform cotelor stabilite până la data indicată, vor fi comercializate până la epuizarea stocului acestora fără stabilirea, declararea și imprimarea pe pachet a prețului maxim de vânzare cu amănuntul. Realizarea proiectului dat nu necesită surse financiare suplimentare din bugetul de sta, a subliniat ministrul Finanțelor, Octavian Armașu. Menționăm că în documentul politicii fiscale pentru anul 2018 a fost stabilită majorarea cotei ad-valorem de la 12% până la 13% și a cotei fixe de la 460 lei până la 540 lei/1000 țigarete către anul 2020.
