Pentru înțelegerea mai bună a Standardelor Naționale de Contabilitate

Ministerul Finanțelor publică pentru consultări publice proiectul Ordinului ministrului Finanțelor privind modificările și completările ce vizează Standardele Naționale de Contabilitate (aprobate prin Ordinul ministrului Finanțelor din 6 august 2013). Aceste modificări și completări sunt propuse în contextul intrării în vigoare a noilor Standarde Naționale de Contabilitate de la 1 ianuarie 2014, cu titlu de recomandare și din 1 ianuarie 2015, acestea urmând a fi obligatorii pentru implementare. Scopul modificărilor și completărilor, precum precizează Ministerul Finanțelor, este de a perfecționa conținutului Standardelor Naționale de Contabilitate, de a soluționa unele probleme apărute pe parcurs. Totodată, sunt clarificate unele aspecte ce rezultă din interpelările parvenite de la serviciile de contabilitate a întreprinderilor și organizațiilor, altor entități, din data intrării în vigoare a Standardelor Naționale de Contabilitate - 1 ianuarie 2014. În opinia MF, modificările și completările sunt necesare pentru înțelegerea mai bună a Standardelor Naționale de Contabilitate și pentru întocmirea corectă a înregistrărilor contabile și a situațiilor financiare de către entități. Astfel, sunt precizate unele aspecte ce țin de venituri, cheltuieli, creanțe și investiții financiare, precum și de decontarea subvențiilor la majorarea capitalului social. Sunt concretizați și unii termeni utilizați, fapt, de asemenea, important pentru o înțelegere exhaustivă a conținutului Standardelor Naționale de Contabilitate. În proiectul Ordinului ministrului Finanțelor sunt referințe și la particularitățile contabilității în sectorul agricol.
