Persoanele vârstnice vor beneficia de servicii medicale noi

Asistența medicală primară acordată de medicul de familie va include și evaluarea anuală complexă a stării de sănătate a persoanelor vârstnice pentru depistarea precoce a maladiilor care au nevoie de îngrijire integrată, în vederea promovării îmbătrânirii sănătoase. Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale a propus spre consultări publice proiectul hotărârii privind modificarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 1387 din 10 decembrie 2007 cu privire la aprobarea Programului unic al asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală. Astfel, este propusă completarea acesteia cu prevederi ce au ca scop îmbunătăţirea accesului populaţiei la servicii medicale calitative și echitabile. În textul Programului sunt incluse precizări ce țin de volumul serviciilor medicale prestate, punându-se accent pe problemele specifice de sănătate a persoanelor vârstnice în vederea asigurării acestora la volumul de servicii medicale prevăzut în regim prioritar. Astfel, în lista serviciilor medicale curative se propune includerea celor orientate spre problemele specifice persoanelor în vârstă, de îngrijiri sau tratament de lungă durată a maladiilor cronice, reabilitare (kinetoterapie, medicină fizică) și recuperare geriatrică. Totodată, se propune completarea anexelor nr. 4 și nr. 5 a Programului unic al asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală ce se referă la lista investigațiilor paraclinice și lista serviciilor medicale de înaltă performanță cu servicii noi, care vor contribui la îmbunătățirea procesului de diagnosticare și asigurare a pacienților cu tratament specific, unele dinte ele fiind teste imunohistochimice, serviciile de investigare şi examinare molecular-genetice, tomosinteza, mamografia digitală etc. Documentul poate fi consultat până la 10 ianuarie curent. Reamintim că fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2020 au fost aprobate atât la venituri, cât și la cheltuieli în sumă de 8383,4 mil. lei.
