Peste 1000 de producători agricoli au primit deja subvențiile pe anul 2016

Ministerul Agriculturii și Industriei Alimentare și Agenția de Intervenție şi Plăţi pentru Agricultură (AIPA) anunță că începând cu data de 17 noiembrie 2016 s-a dat start achitării subvențiilor aferente Campaniei de Subvenționare 2016. Astfel, AIPA a efectuat până în acest moment plăți în valoare de circa 100 mil. lei pentru aproximativ 1000 de producători agricoli. În urma încheierii campaniei de recepționare a cererilor de finanțare au fost înregistrate peste 4500 de solicitări de subvenționare în sumă totală de cca 630 mil. lei. Până în prezent AIPA a autorizat 1116 de dosare (cu o valoare de aproximativ 137,6 mil. lei), din care 1000 de dosare (reprezentând 100 mil. lei) au fost deja achitate. Până la finele lunii noiembrie urmează a fi autorizate dosarele care se vor încadra în limita Fondului de subvenționare a producătorilor agricoli prevăzut pentru anul 2016. Dosarele de subvenționare recepționate peste limita Fondului de subvenționare disponibil vor fi autorizare spre plată din Fondul de subvenționare pentru anul 2017. Recent, Guvernul a aprobat finanțarea tuturor cererilor, inclusiv a solicitărilor care au depășit limita Fondului de subvenționare pentru anul în curs. În felul acesta, Executivul s-a asigurat că toți producătorii agricoli care au depus dosare pentru subvenții vor beneficia de sprijin din partea statului. Pe parcursul anului 2016, Guvernul a efectuat plăți în valoare de circa 600 mil. lei producătorilor agricoli, după cum urmează:
  • dosare de subvenționare depuse până la 31 octombrie 2014, autorizate şi neachitate;
  • dosare de solicitare a sprijinului financiar depuse, conform prevederilor Regulamentului privind modul de acordare a sprijinului financiar producătorilor de fructe din 2014;
  • dosare de subvenționare depuse până la 31 octombrie 2015, autorizate şi neachitate;
  • contribuția statului în Fondul Viei și a Vinului;
  • dosare de subvenționare depuse până la 31 octombrie 2015 şi neautorizate, ca urmare a epuizării mijloacelor Fondului de subvenționare a producătorilor agricoli pentru anul 2015;
  • dosare de subvenționare depuse până la 31 octombrie 2016.
