Piața muncii, la început de an

În baza de date a Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Ocuparea Forţei de Muncă la data de 11 ianuarie 2021 erau înregistrate 4867 de locuri de muncă vacante, dintre care 1549 în mun.Chișinău. În mun. Bălți agenții economici declară 905 locuri vacante, iar în UTAG – 76. Cel mai mic număr de locuri vacante este înregistrat în or. Drochia – 8.
 
Pentru persoanele cu nivel de instruire superior şi mediu de specialitate sunt disponibile 1263 de locuri de muncă vacante, constituind circa 26% din numărul total de locuri vacante. Pe piața muncii sunt 61 de locuri libere pentru specialiștii în activitatea financiară, economică sau comercială. Totuși, cei mai solicitați sunt specialiștii în domeniul sănătății, pentru care se propun 340 de locuri de muncă, cele mai multe fiind destinate asistenților medicali – 133 și medicilor specialiști – 96.
 
Totodată, pentru inspectori și ofițeri se propun 281 de locuri de muncă, pentru specialiștii din învățământ sunt destinate 110 de locuri vacante, inginerilor și tehnicienilor li se propun 108 de poziții etc.
 
Pentru persoanele cu nivel de instruire secundar profesional și pentru muncitorii necalificați ANOFM oferă 3604 de locuri de muncă, ceea ce reprezintă 74% din numărul total de locuri de muncă vacante.
 
Tradițional, cei mai solicitați sunt lucrătorii în industria textilă și confecții, pentru care sunt vacante 1503 de locuri de muncă. De asemenea, sunt solicitați lucrătorii din transport și telecomunicații (340), lucrătorii calificați în întreprinderi industriale (258), lucrătorii în domeniul serviciilor personale (206) etc.
 
Pe piața muncii mai sunt așteptați și 277 de muncitori auxiliari.
 
Reamintim că, la începutul anului 2020, angajatorii erau în căutarea a circa 12 mii de angajați, anul 2020 fiind încheiat cu 5933 de locuri de muncă vacante.
