Precizări de la ANRE: Prețul pentru consumatorii finali rămâne nemodificat

Agenţia Naţională pentru Reglementare în Energetică (ANRE) dezminte informaţia difuzată de unele medii de informare în masă, potrivit căreia ANRE a majorat de două ori tariful pentru serviciul de distribuţie a energiei electrice, comparativ cu anul 2012, informează Unimedia. ANRE precizează că în anul 2012 nu a stabilit un asemenea tarif, ea a efectuat acest exerciţiu, pentru prima dată, în decembrie 2014, în conformitate cu prevederile Legii cu privire la energia electrică, care stabileşte separarea, din punct de vedere legal, cu începere din 1 ianuarie 2015, a activităţii de distribuție de activitatea de furnizare a energiei electrice la tarife reglementate. Totodată, ANRE informează consumatorii de energie electrică că tarifele provizorii pentru serviciul de distribuţie a energiei electrice prestat de către Î.C.S. „RED Union Fenosa” S.A., aprobate la finele anului trecut de Consiliul de Administraţie al ANRE, nu au nici o legătură cu tarifele finale pentru consumatorii finali şi se referă exclusiv la relaţiile între Î.C.S. „RED Union Fenosa” S.A., care prestează servicii de distribuţie a energiei electrice, şi noua companie Î.C.S. „Gas Natural Fenosa Furnizare Energie” S.A. ce prestează servicii de furnizare a energiei electrice. Compania respectivă a fost creată la 1 ianuarie 2015 în rezultatul divizării Î.C.S. „RED Union Fenosa” S.A. ANRE precizează că tarifele provizorii pentru serviciul de distribuţie a energiei electrice vor fi achitate nu de consumatorii finali, ci de către noua întreprindere Î.C.S. „Gas Natural Fenosa Furnizare Energie” S.A. pentru serviciul de distribuţie a energiei electrice prestat acesteia de compania Î.C.S. „RED Union Fenosa” S.A. ANRE notează că după finalizarea procedurii de reorganizare prin separare a altor două reţele de distribuţie a energiei electrice RED Nord şi RED Nord Vest, ea urmează să stabilească tarifele pentru serviciul de distribuţie a energiei electrice prestat de întreprinderile respective.
