Producătorii de produse vitivinicole, scutiți de la plata unor contribuții

 Producătorii de produse vitivinicole se scutesc de plata contribuțiilor obligatorii la Fondul Viei şi Vinului în perioada anului 2020, prin derogare de la art. 323 din Legea viei și vinului. 

 

În Monitorul Oficial din 7 august curent a fost publicată Legea nr. 157 din 20.07.2020 cu privire la plata contribuțiilor obligatorii în Fondul Viei şi Vinului și pentru modificarea Legii viei și vinului.

 

Potrivit Legii, contribuțiile obligatorii la Fondul Viei și Vinului achitate de către producătorii de produse vitivinicole în perioada anului 2020 se transferă în contul obligațiilor de plată pentru perioadele ulterioare.

 

 Mărimea alocațiilor din bugetul de stat pentru Fondul Viei și Vinului acordate din Fondul național de dezvoltare a agriculturii și mediului rural, pentru anul 2021, nu va fi mai mică decât suma contribuțiilor obligatorii la Fondul Viei și Vinului aprobate în bugetul de stat pentru anul 2020.
