Prognoza veniturilor populației pentru anii 2021-2023

Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii a revizuit prognoza principalilor indicatori macroeconomici pentru anii 2021-2023, ținând cont de impactul pandemiei asupra economiei naționale. Amintim, aceasta a impus necesitatea de ajustare a prognozei evoluției PIB-ului până la -4,5% pentru anul 2020, a tendințelor în sectorul real (industrie, agricultură, investiții etc.), în comerțul exterior  pentru anii 2021-2023. Totodată, nota informativă conține  și prognoza indicatorilor remunerării muncii.
 
Conform estimărilor, veniturile populației vor scădea nu doar din contul remitențelor, dar și al plăților salariale, acestea fiind influențate de sistarea completă sau parțială a activităților din sectorul real al economiei, ceea ce a cauzat reduceri mari de venituri ale angajatorilor, aceștia intrând în incapacitate de plată a salariilor angajaților în perioada stării de urgență.
 
Respectiv, fondul de remunerare a muncii în sectorul real a fost estimat pentru anul curent în valoare de 40,24 mld. lei, cu 5% mai puțin faţă de anul 2019 în termeni reali. Cu toate acestea, este prognozată menținerea plăților salariale în sectorul bugetar în mărime de 13,8 mld. lei, în creștere cu 5,3% în termeni reali, conform angajamentelor Guvernului.  
 
Autorii documentului consideră că principalii factori ce vor influența valoarea salariului mediu în anii 2021-2023 sunt creșterea economică prognozată, deficitul accentuat de forță de muncă, efectele majorării salariilor din sistemul bugetar (inclusiv creșterea salariilor din domeniul sănătate), precum și majorarea așteptată a cuantumului minim garantat al salariului în sectorul real.
 
Această versiune a prognozei a fost discutată și coordonată cu experții FMI în cadrul misiunii din luna iulie 2020.
 
Menționăm că, conform Măsurilor de politică fiscală și vamală pentru anul 2021  elaborate de Ministerul Finanțelor, mărimea prognozată a salariului mediu pe economie pentru anul viitor constituie 8422 lei.
