Programarea prealabilă la ASP

Persoanele juridice din mun. Chișinău pot solicita mai multe servicii în domeniul evidenței bunurilor imobile în baza unei programării prealabile, anunță Agenția Servicii Publice. Astfel, persoanele juridice care solicită mai mult de cinci servicii, obțin posibilitatea programării prealabile la Centrul Multifuncțional Chişinău-3 de pe str. Mihail Sadoveanu nr. 17. Programarea prealabilă asigură accesul prioritar la serviciile ASP. Amintim că printre aceste servicii se numără cele de înregistrare a bunurilor imobile şi a drepturilor de proprietate, furnizarea informaţiei din cadastrul bunurilor imobile; efectuarea lucrărilor cadastrale; evaluarea individuală a bunurilor imobile, în alte scopuri decât în scopul impozitării; serviciile, comanda cărora este disponibilă prin internet; recepția lucrărilor cadastrale la cerere și prin internet; contractul tip de achiziţionare a lucrărilor/serviciilor de valoare mică. Programarea poate fi efectuată prin intermediul paginii web a Agenției www.asp.gov.md, la numerele de contact 022-30-9779, 022-30-9780, 022-30-9781 sau prin intermediul Call-centrului la numărul de telefon 14909. Pentru programarea electronică, solicitantul trebuie să parcurgă câțiva pași simpli. Astfel, la butonul ”Programează-te” de pe pagina web accesați subcompartimentul ”Servicii Cadastrale”, unde găsiți serviciul: ”Persoane juridice. Înregistrarea bunurilor imobile”. După efectuarea procedurii de completare a câmpurilor obligatorii, indicarea datei și a orei potrivite, precum și confirmarea vizitei, sunteți așteptați la oficiul Chișinău-3 la ora stabilită pentru a beneficia de serviciile în domeniul înregistrării bunurilor imobile. Totodată, Agenția anunță despre achitarea serviciilor ASP prin intermediul MPay, menționând că a finalizat integrarea serviciilor din domeniile evidenței populației, înmatriculării transportului și calificării conducătorilor auto cu Serviciul Guvernamental de Plăți Electronice (MPay) în toate centrele multifuncționale. Potrivit datelor, pe parcursul anului 2018, pentru achitarea serviciilor prestate de ASP prin intermediul serviciului guvernamental MPay, au fost efectuate peste 1 342 900 de tranzacții.
