Programul „Prima Casă”. Lista beneficiarilor va fi extinsă

Inițiativa legislativă ce prevede extinderea categoriei de beneficiari ai Programului de Stat „Prima Casă” a fost susținută de Guvern în cadrul şedinţei din 5 iunie 2018. Reamintim că autorii propun ca persoanele care nu dețin în proprietate exclusivă sau cu alți membri ai familiei o locuință cu o suprafață locuibilă de peste 6 m2 pentru fiecare persoană să fie eligibili Programului. La moment Legea prevede că este eligibilă persoana care nu a deținut împreună cu soțul sau soția o altă locuință în decurs de 12 luni până la solicitarea creditului. De asemenea, beneficiari ai Programului ar putea fi și tinerii care dețin locuințe în localităţile rurale, dobândite prin moștenire sau donație, cu excepția cazurilor în care acestea sunt situate în suburbiile municipiului Chișinău. Proiectul stabilește scutirea compensației bănești acordată din bugetul de stat persoanelor beneficiare a așa-numitului program Prima Casă 2 de la impozitul pe venit, contribuții sociale de stat și primele obligatorii de asistență medicală, a adăugat ministrul Finanțelor Octavian Armașu. Totodată, inițiativa prevede ca organizațiile de microfinanțare să prezinte cel puțin unui birou al istoriilor de credit informațiile de care dispun în privinţa debitorilor persoane fizice. Astfel, băncile comerciale vor avea acces la informații depline despre împrumuturile obținute de către solicitanți de la alte instituții financiare. „Prima Casă” este un proiect foarte bun și trebuie să-l continuăm cu „Prima Casă 2”. Între timp, în procesul de aplicare au ieșit în evidență niște lucruri care necesită a fi corectate. Mulțumesc Ministerului Finanțelor pentru că, luând în considerare perioada scurtă, au fost receptivi la observații și au venit cu rectificări pentru eliminarea constrângerilor, ceea ce lărgește numărul celor care pot aplica la acest proiect pentru a avea o locuință, a spus Pavel Filip.
