Raportarea unificată: calcularea primei AOAM

Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină comunică, că din 1 ianuarie 2018, raportul privind calcularea şi transferul primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală (formularul MED08) şi listele de evidenţă nominală a persoanelor asigurate angajate (formularul 2-03/l) vor fi incluse în darea de seamă privind reţinerea impozitului pe venit, a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală şi a contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii calculate (formularul tipizat IPC 18). Astfel, informaţia privind modificarea relaţiilor de muncă şi suma primelor calculate şi reţinute vor fi prezentate lunar Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, până la data de 25 a lunii imediat următoare celei de gestiune, de către următoarele entităţi: autorităţile administraţiei publice centrale şi locale, întreprinderile, instituţiile, organizaţiile, indiferent de tipul de proprietate şi forma juridică de organizare, persoanele fizice care desfăşoară activitate de întreprinzător, notarii publici, avocaţii şi executorii judecătoreşti, care folosesc munca salariată a angajaţilor. Totodată, în cazul survenirii riscului asigurat (maladie sau afecţiune) până la data prezentării formularului IPC18, entitatea va furniza imediat datele despre iniţierea relaţiilor de muncă prin prezentarea formularului 2-03/l, prin intermediul serviciului electronic Declaraţia CNAM sau pe suport de hârtie la agenţiile teritoriale şi reprezentanţii Companiei Naţionale de Asigurări în Medicină. Formularul trebuie să conţină informaţii exclusiv despre angajare. Prezentarea datelor în format electronic sau pe suport de hârtie în cazul survenirii riscului asigurat nu scuteşte contribuabilii de obligaţia de a include informaţia şi în formularul IPC18. Pentru decembrie 2017, entităţile vor prezenta listele de evidenţă nominală a persoanelor asigurate angajate (formularul 2-03/l) până pe 9 ianuarie 2018 inclusiv, în format electronic (Declaraţia CNAM) sau pe suport de hârtie la agenţiile teritoriale şi reprezentanţii CNAM.
