Recepționarea dosarelor pentru practica liberă a medicului de familie continuă

Circa 600 de dosare pentru obținerea practicii libere a medicului de familie au fost depuse în adresa Ministerului Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale. Acest fapt a determinat extinderea de către minister a termenului de depunere a cererilor până la acoperirea tuturor pozițiilor libere a medicilor titulari. Autoritatea mai comunică că din partea medicilor de familie au parvenit mai multe solicitări de prelungire a termenului, pentru că unii medici sunt în proces de pregătire a dosarelor și nu au reușit depunerea acestora la minister. Amintim că apelul de atribuire a practicilor medicilor de familie a fost lansat pe 7 noiembrie curent în contextul reformei asistenței medicale primare, care prevede exercitarea independentă a activității profesionale de către medicii vizați. Pentru obținerea certificatului de titular al practicii, medicul de familie urmează să prezinte pachetul de acte îndeplinite conform cerințelor stabilite, scanate într-un fișier cu indicarea în denumirea acestuia, a numelui și prenumelui medicului, a instituției în cadrul căreia activează și care este locul de muncă de bază. Dosarele sunt expediate în format electronic la Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale, la adresa de e-mail: ampreforma@msmps.gov.md, dar și pe suport de hârtie, la Direcția Politici în domeniul asistenței medicale primare, urgente și comunitare (mun.Chișinău, str. Vasile Alecsandri 2). Totodată, candidații pot obține răspunsul la întrebările suplimentare la numerele de telefon: 022268823, 022 268846, 022 268859. Conform noului Program, medicul titular poate alege individual una din formele de activitate propuse: - cabinetul individual al medicului de familie (fondat de un singur medic de familie titular al practicii); - centrul medicilor de familie (fondat de doi și mai mulți medici de familie titulari ai practicilor); - angajat în cadrul unui prestator de asistență medicală primară existent. Lista documentelor necesare pentru depunerea dosarului.
