Redistribuiri de alocații bugetare pentru 4 ministere

Ministerul Finanțelor propune spre consultare un proiect de lege ce se referă la redistribuirea unor alocații aprobate prin legea anuală a bugetului de stat pe anul 2017. Ministerul Economiei urmează să redistribuie alocații bugetare între subprograme din motivul insuficienței de mijloace financiare pentru achitarea serviciilor de locațiune ale Agenției pentru Protecția Consumatorilor, în sumă de 608,0 mii lei. Astfel, Ministerul Economiei va mai primi 280,0 mii lei pentru organizarea ședinței Forului Calității de către Institutul Național de Metrologie. Cheltuielile vor fi acoperite din contul diminuării alocațiilor la subprogramul „Politici și management în sectorul energetic”. Altă autoritate pentru care vor fi redistribuite alocații bugetare este Ministerul Afacerilor Interne. În scopul asigurării și coordonării la nivel central a funcționalității unităților de proiect instiuite pentru implementarea Strategiei de dezvoltare a Poliției, se propune redistribuirea sumei de 20,1 mil.lei de la Inspectoratul General al Poliției către aparatul central al ministerului. Ce-l de-al treilea minister pentru care se propune redistribuirea este Ministerul Afacerilor Externe și Integrării Europene. Aici economiile formate la misiunile diplomatice, în sumă de 545,7 mii lei, vor fi redirecționate pentru acoperirea insuficienței la achitarea sporului lunar pentru intensitatea muncii angajaților aparatului central al ministerului. La Ministerul Culturii, se propun redistribuiri de alocații între subprograme – 240,0 mii lei, precum și redirecționarea alocațiilor în sumă de 83,0 mii lei de la grupa „Cultură, sport, tineret, culte și odihnă„ către grupa „Învățământ„ pentru efectuarea lucrărilor de reparație în încăperea destinată depozitării documentelor. Redistribuirile propuse implică modificări la alocațiile aprobate prin anexa nr.3 la Legea bugetului de stat pe anul 2017.
