Reforma fiscală: ajustarea legislației fiscale la evoluția proceselor economice

În perioada 17-23 august, P.P. „Monitorul fiscal FISC.MD” a publicat, în ediția electronică, o serie de materiale cu analiză și comentarii la modificările operate recent în legislația fiscală, prin legile:
  • Legea cu privire la modificarea unor acte legislative (nr. 178, 26 iulie 2018),
  • Legea pentru modificarea unor acte legislative (nr. 179, 26 iulie 2018),
  • Legea privind declararea voluntară și stimularea fiscală (nr. 180, 26 iulie 2018)
Astfel, abonații Publicației Periodice au ocazia să fie la curent cu noile modificări ale legislației ce fac parte din pachetul „Reforma fiscală”, a căror scop este perfecționarea și ajustarea legislației fiscale la evoluția proceselor economice și sociale atât la nivel național, cât și internațional. Articolele sunt elaborate de colaboratorii Serviciului Fiscal de Stat și plasate în rubrica Poziția Oficială și Practica fiscală:
  1. Reforma fiscală: Modificări la capitolul impozitului pe venit
